1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 33bww ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website accessible at 33bww.io and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, crash games, fishing games, bingo, bonuses, promotions, payment facilities, and customer support services.

2Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of 33bww is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 33bww strictly prohibits participation by minors. This age threshold is higher than the standard 18+ threshold applied by some platforms, reflecting 33bww's commitment to player welfare.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order issued by 33bww or any affiliated platform.
• Single account: You must not already hold a registered account on 33bww.
• Own funds: You must be depositing and wagering your own legitimately obtained funds.
• Not a 33bww employee: Current employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 33bww staff are not permitted to hold player accounts.

33bww employs age verification procedures at registration and may request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within a reasonable period specified by 33bww will result in account suspension.

3Account Registration & Security

To access betting and gaming services on 33bww, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and a unique email address. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms.

Each player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) account on 33bww. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where 33bww identifies multiple accounts operated by the same individual (based on matching device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, or personal details), all such accounts will be merged or suspended and any bonus balances will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 33bww will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other unsolicited channel. You must notify 33bww support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. 33bww cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): 33bww supports 2FA via Bangladesh mobile number SMS. Enabling 2FA is strongly recommended and may be made mandatory for withdrawals above certain BDT thresholds.
• KYC Verification: Full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time thereafter. KYC documents include NID/passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting 33bww support. Pending wagers will be settled before closure is finalised. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 33bww are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform does not charge players any fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose their own service charges. 33bww is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must have completed full KYC verification; (b) any active bonus wagering requirements must have been met in full; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified real-money balance excluding unmet bonus funds; and (d) the withdrawal must be made to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit or that has been verified by 33bww support.

33bww reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not apply retroactively to bonuses already accepted and being actively wagered by a player in good standing.

6Sports Betting Rules

33bww offers sports betting across cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports markets. All bets placed on 33bww are subject to the following general sports betting rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules communicated at the point of bet placement:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only considered accepted and valid once you receive a confirmed bet slip reference number. Bets not confirmed due to connectivity issues or platform errors are not valid.
• Odds changes: 33bww reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. If odds change between the time you select them and the time you confirm the bet, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are subject to slight delays in processing to prevent exploitation of broadcast delays. 33bww may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, abandoned without reaching a defined conclusion threshold, or if 33bww determines that a pricing error occurred. Voided bet stakes are returned to the player's account.

7Casino Games & Fair Play

8Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering: Using 33bww accounts to launder proceeds of criminal activity is a serious criminal offence and will be reported to relevant authorities without notice.

9Responsible Gaming

33bww does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance , technical failures, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. 33bww will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from such interruptions.

In no event shall 33bww's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13Amendments to These Terms

33bww reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus rules, or eligibility requirements — 33bww will notify registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

33bww's decisions regarding the settlement of bets, the application of bonus terms, and the management of accounts are final and binding, subject only to manifest error. A "manifest error" is defined as an obvious and unambiguous mistake in pricing, settlement, or account management that no reasonable person would have expected to stand.
